Autograph Collection Hotel
The 15-story hotel is conceived as an urban lifestyle hotel designed to interface with the rest of The Central and become the “living room” of the EDGE District. In addition to a bar and restaurant concept, the hotel is expected to offer meeting and conference rooms, multiple event spaces, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, a multi-level theater, and a rooftop pool.

Connecting the Community
A public plaza at the east end of the project has been envisioned as a community gathering space with cafes, shopping and more.
The nearly complete 540-space parking garage will soon open to the public, alleviating the much-needed parking demand in the Edge District.
This structure is a testament to Ellison’s commitment to being a responsible partner in the community, ensuring accessibility and ease for businesses, employees, and visitors.
Work Force Housing
The Central’s Workforce Housing is a seven-story, 42-unit apartment building. The units will be reserved for residents earning 120% of the area median income (AMI).
The apartments, which are connected to the parking garage, will contribute meaningfully to the critical housing needs for many of St. Petersburg residents.
