Aislin Hempstead is an Associate focused on project coordination and integrating cross-functional teams, including design, architecture, MEP, and construction. She maintains accounting practices to ensure financial integrity and supports marketing efforts for capital markets and office leasing prospects. Additionally, Aislin optimizes workflows by leveraging technology to automate processes and drive efficiency, ensuring timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Aislin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, where she graduated magna cum laude and spent her summers interning as an equity research analyst at a Boston-based hedge fund.

Before joining Ellison, Aislin worked at a health data technology startup, where she contributed to a small team focused on procuring and launching data products that connect real-world data to life science researchers, advancing research in cancer and rare diseases.
