Kara Arnold is the Chief of Staff and Strategic Development Lead at Ellison Development, a position she has held since April 2024. As Chief of Staff, Kara plays a pivotal role in defining and executing the company’s long-term strategic vision, aligning departments to work cohesively, and driving operational efficiency to fuel growth and innovation. 

Before joining Ellison Development, Kara served as Director of Business Development with Ellison Construction, where she was instrumental in driving business growth and expanding opportunities. Her career also includes significant roles in higher education and economic development. With a strong background in business development, investor relations, and public policy, Kara brings a wealth of expertise to her work. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Florida State University. Kara is also an active community leader, serving on the board of OnBikes, Inc. and the Financial Development Committee at the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA.
